Multi-Day Trauma Healing Intensive

Are you a busy person? Do you work hard and need a trauma-therapy re-set? I am now offering trauma therapy intensives. These intensives are like a trauma-therapy extravaganza! While a several-day experience can be very intense and emotional, I am there, supporting you the all the way, 

 

I use a combination of: Traditional and Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy, Somatic Therapies, EMDR, EFT, TRE's, Breathwork, IFS (internal parts theory), Attachment Theory, Medicine-Assisted Therapy (Ketamine, currently, if legally prescribed to you for that purpose), spiritual and wisdom-tradition practices, etc. You will be provided a full range of holistic healing interventions along with my complete attention for around six hours a day Monday through Friday.

 

The flow of this week is very flexible, manageable and completely adapted to the individual. There are no schedules. We go where you need to go when you need it. This isn't a one size fits all approach. I meet you where you are in the moment and partner with you in this unique healing journey.

 

Although there is no "set" schedule, things generally will go like this: Mondays are for getting to know one another, coming up with a general plan and getting started. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are for deeper therapy work. usually including EMDR and Somatic Therapies. Thursdays are typically for continued deep therapeutic work and for processing the experience. Friday is typically reserved for continued processing, if needed, or deep rest and gentle body work so you can nurture yourself before your journey home. Of course, there is also the possibility of staying in your hotel through the weekend for additional recuperation if needed.

Guests will stay at a Denver-area hotel or their Colorado home and we'll meet daily in my office. Meals can be provided by room service (if available) or local stores/restaurants. Hotel amenities will be used as needed for exercise, spa services, etc.  Cost for a five-day intensive is typically between six and eight thousand dollars U.S., including hotel and food costs, which you pay directly to the hotel. Fees for my services are $180/hour ($1,080 per 6-hour day). The total fee depends on the hotel you choose and how many hotel services you decide to use.

IMPORTANT: Not everyone is appropriate for this type of experience. A thorough interview and vetting process will take place prior to any intensive therapy experience, including a background check.
